By accessing or using KMS Pico ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. License and Use

KMS Pico is provided free of charge as an educational demonstration of Microsoft's Key Management Service technology. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Software for testing and evaluation purposes only.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Software for commercial purposes or distribute it for profit
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Software
• Use the Software to activate systems you don't own or have permission to activate
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Software
• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws

4. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

5. Privacy

KMS Pico does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or system data. The Software operates entirely locally on your computer without contacting our servers. Refer to our separate Privacy Policy for more information.

6. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of the Software at any time, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Software and supersede any prior agreements between you and us relating to your use of the Software.
